Motivate learners to understand human experiences.

Served as the Co-ordinator of the Staff Academy, making significant contributions in this role. Focused on enhancing co-curricular activities, organizing, and managing a total of 13 events throughout the year.
Taking the initiative to integrate the ‘Indian Knowledge System’ into the education system, I served as the coordinator for a 20-day workshop on this topic during the 2022-23 academic year. The workshop, organized by the Staff Academy, was held in June and July 2022. During these 20 days nearly all the teaching staff (college professors) presented research papers demonstrating the linking their subjects to various aspects of the Indian Knowledge System’. A booklet of essays from this workshop was published at the college level.
