On 25/08/2023, Tikaram Jagannath College, National Service Scheme on Drug Awareness and Control Workshop Hon. It was completed under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sanjay Chakne sir. The chairman of this program is Mr. Dr. Arjun Musamade was the chief guest of the program. Dr. Jyoti Bhatra, Psychiatrist and District Program Officer, District Hospital Aundh Pune, and Hon. Hanuman Hade was a psychologist. Hon. Hade sir and Jyoti madam guided the students through ppt. The beginning of addictions, the causes of how addiction increases and the solutions to get out of it were discussed in detail. Students were made aware of the ill effects of tobacco and tobacco products, as well as how to keep their educational institutions, homes and surroundings tobacco free. The questions and doubts of the children were properly resolved. The program was introduced by Dr. Done by Sucheta Dalvi. It was moderated by Prof. Jyoti Waghmare and Prof. Nagendra Jangam proposed the vote of thanks.
